Arrival

We will have staff at the Front Desk from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. If we are away from the Front Desk when you arrive, please call us at (305) 363-4644 or (786) 728-6038 to find a friendly staff person.

Check-Out Policy

Please clear your bed and gather your belongings together by 11:00 am so we may clean any hostelers that might be checking-in are able to do so.

Cancellation Policy

Before reserving, please wait until you are very certain of your plans. Sorry, there are NO REFUNDS after a reservation is made.

Pet Policy

We DO NOT ALLOW COMFORT ANIMALS/PETS in the dorm rooms. Pets are only allowed in PRIVATE ROOMS for a fee.

> Pet fee : $25.00

 

However, service animals are permitted in all areas where guests are allowed as required by law. As of March 15, 2011, ONLY DOGS are recognized as service animals under titles ll and lll of the ADA (the American with Disabilities Act). 

 

Hoosville Hostel Staff may require you to remove your service animal from the property if:

 

1) The animal is out of control and you do not take effective action to control it (for example, a dog causes a significant disturbance by barking repeatedly or uncontrollably or is not housebroken) 

                                                                                     OR

2) The animal poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others.

If you are asked to remove your service animal, but would like to remain on the premises and/or continue to stay without the animal, you must make arrangements for another person or local animal control to accept custody of your animal. You may then continue to stay or come back on a later date.

Before reserving, please wait until you are very certain of your plans. Cancelation policy with more than 72 hours will be granted. Any cancelation within 72 hours or less is subject to first night's charge or an overall 20% fee of amount.
